Shipping Policy

At E-Shop USA, we strive to make the delivery of your wine as smooth and secure as possible. Please review our shipping rates, state restrictions, and delivery requirements below before placing your order.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple, straightforward shipping costs based on the size of your order:

  • 6 Bottles or More: FREE Standard Shipping

  • 1 to 5 Bottles: $30.00 USD Flat Rate

Restricted Shipping Destinations

Due to varying state laws regarding the direct shipment of alcohol, we cannot ship orders to the following states:

  • Alabama (AL)

  • Alaska (AK)

  • Delaware (DE)

  • Hawaii (HI)

  • Mississippi (MS)

  • South Dakota (SD)

  • Tennessee (TN)

  • Utah (UT)

Additionally, because an adult signature is legally required for delivery, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Adult Signature Required (21+)

By law, all deliveries containing alcoholic beverages require the signature of an adult who is at least 21 years of age upon receipt.

  • The delivery carrier will ask for a valid, government-issued ID.

  • Packages containing alcohol cannot be left unattended on a porch, at a door, or in a package locker.

  • We highly recommend shipping your wine to a business address or ensuring someone 21 or older will be home to receive the package to avoid delivery delays.

Missed Deliveries and Reshipping

Carriers will typically make three attempts to deliver your package. If no one 21 or older is available to sign for the delivery after these attempts, the carrier will return the package to us. If a package is returned to E-Shop USA due to a missed delivery or an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order.

Processing Times and Weather Holds

We typically process and pack orders within [e.g., 1 to 3 business days]. However, wine is highly sensitive to extreme heat and cold.

As stated in our Return and Refund Policy, E-Shop USA is not liable for weather-related damage during transit. If extreme temperatures are forecasted along your shipping route, we strongly encourage you to:

  1. Upgrade your shipping speed at checkout (e.g., FedEx Express).

  2. Request a weather hold by contacting us immediately after placing your order so we can safely store your wine until conditions improve.
